ALA Midwinter and ACRL Raffle Winners Announced

UNIVERSITIES RECEIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS TO FULL COLLECTION OF COLONIAL AND EARLY AMERICAN DATABASES

Malvern, PA (May 13, 2009) – Accessible Archives, Inc., a publisher of electronic full-text searchable historical databases, has announced the two winners of raffle drawings conducted in the exhibit booths at the ALA Midwinter Conference, Denver, CO and the ACRL meeting in Seattle, WA.

The ALA Midwinter drawing winner was the University of Central Arkansas while Coastal Carolina earned the nod at the ACRL Conference.

Each university will receive a full one-year subscription to the the Accessible Archives family of databases: African American Newspapers: The 19 Century; American County Histories to 1900; Charleston South Carolina Gazette; The Civil War: A Newspaper Perspective; Godey’s Lady’s Book; The Liberator; and The Pennsylvania Gazette.
